Ballyfin Mothers' Union

Mothers' Union is a world-wide organisation whose purpose it is to be concerned with all aspects of Christian family life.

Ballyfin branch of the M.U is active and vibrant. Meetings are held once a month when guests are invited to speak on various subjects or sometimes a cookery, gardening or craft demonstration takes place.

A day's outing is enjoyed every summer and the annual dinner-party is always a popular event.

Regular meetings provide opportunities for prayer and fellowship.

New members are always welcome. Membership is open to all who have been baptised in the name of the Holy Trinity and who support the aims and objectives of the society. At present there are about twenty members and in 2005 the branch will be celebrating their 25 th anniversary and look forward to enjoying many more years of fellowship together.
